About Grace Medical Center

Grace Medical Center, formerly Bon Secours Hospital, has been providing health care services to the West Baltimore community for over 100 years. As part of LifeBridge Health’s commitment to care for the West Baltimore community, we continue to provide care at Grace Medical Center regardless of socioeconomic status and ability to pay.

Grace Medical Center was acquired by LifeBridge Health in 2019. It is a newly renovated facility consisting of a 24-hour state-of-the-art emergency department with a psychiatric unit and observation beds, imaging including a new CT scanner and 3D mammography, expanded renal dialysis, outpatient behavioral health and primary and specialty care clinics. We are also excited to offer much-needed services to the West Baltimore community including women’s services (OB/GYN), pediatrics and ophthalmology.

In 2022, Grace transitioned to a freestanding medical facility as part of our phase one renovations, which also included the demolition of the original 100-year-old facility to make way for a brand-new outpatient behavioral health building and much-needed green space for the community.
