Learn With Us

LifeBridge Health’s Center for Hope is a comprehensive violence intervention and prevention agency comprised of Baltimore Child Abuse Center, DOVE – Northwest Hospital’s domestic violence program, a Safe Streets site in the Belvedere community, Sinai’s Hospital Violence Response team, and an elder justice program.

Center for Hope works to prevent violence before it happens by working closely with the surrounding communities to educate about preventative practices. We also train professionals and youth serving organizations in the field of violence intervention and prevention:

  • Child Abuse and Exploitation
  • Human Trafficking
  • Domestic, Family, and Interpersonal Violence
  • Community Violence
  • Elder Abuse

Center for Hope is Maryland’s foremost resource for child abuse prevention education for caregivers, community members and youth-serving professionals. Our education is designed to better inform professionals, youth-serving organizations, and community groups in the prevention, identification, and reporting of suspected abuse.

Training, Education, and Outreach Offerings

Center for Hope provides customizable workshops. All of our offerings are eligible for Continuing Education Credits (CEU’s) approved by the Maryland Board of Social Work. Online Training Institute
