Tax Exemption I.D. Statement
The Carroll Hospital Foundation is a non-profit organization that is exempt from paying income, property or sales tax. This designation is granted by the federal and state government with the understanding that the hospital will not pay money to stockholders and will reinvest all of its profits back into the hospital for the benefit of the community. This tax-exempt status also requires the hospital to care for all individuals, regardless of their ability to pay for services. The Foundation’s tax exempt I.D. number is 52-1115038.
