This 8-week virtual program includes weekly online classes featuring discussions about weight loss,
heart health, pre-diabetes, stress management, and how to eat well-balanced meals. An 8-week
membership for either The Hill Y in Westminster or The J of Greater Baltimore is included in the
program; participants are expected to exercise at least three days a week.
Weight Management Support Group
The Weight Management Education and Support Group is for those who’ve started their health journey
and are looking for long-term support. The group includes peer-led discussion, guest speakers and a
registered dietitian to help guide the conversation and answer questions. Share your struggles and
successes while learning from the experience of others and stay motivated to continue your health
journey. The group meets from 5 to 6 p.m. the second Wednesday of each month in the Carroll Hospital
East Pavilion.

Mindfulness Workshop
This free monthly mindfulness workshop is designed to help you address stress by exploring ways to
