Vehicles for Change

VFC awards cars to low income families and trains individuals to be auto technicians. Training is done both in our garage locations and using virtual reality. The VFC training program is a 12-week paid internship, 40 hours per week. These completing the will obtain 3-5 ASE entry level certifications and will be supported with job placement. Jobs usually are starting between $17 and $25/hr.

Westside Open Works

Open Works provides community and internet resources. Paving the way for the youth, and their families to have access to equipment, classes, and more. The new makerspace will feature fabrication shops, studios, classrooms, and a wide range of traditional and digital tools.

No Boundaries Coalition

No Boundaries Coalition provides community resources for job placement, food resources and housing needs for families and children within West Baltimore. Youth Programming resources and opportunities are also available.

Provides Machinist and Welding certification training in a classroom and hands-on setting as well as job placement and supportive services.
