Support Groups
Sponsored by the diabetes and nutrition centers at Sinai, Northwest and Carroll hospitals, the LifeBridge Health Diabetes Support Group meets monthly. Participation is free and open to all.
Led by a team of certified diabetes educators from Sinai, Northwest and Carroll hospitals, the support group is a welcoming circle in which those dealing with the challenges of managing diabetes receive encouragement, share experiences and get good advice. Meetings feature experts on important topics related to diabetes.
