Programs and Services

Cancer Rehabilitation

We support patients throughout their cancer journey with early intervention and medical management to address peripheral neuropathy, pain, deconditioning, weakness, falls and gait disorders. 

Integrative Medicine

Led by Dr. Paige Harrison, our integrative medicine services include nutrition support for pain and inflammation, non-drug pain management, lifestyle-based healing strategies, sleep optimization, mind-body therapy referrals, hypermobility care and support for chronic migraines. 

Limb Loss Rehabilitation for Amputees

Our interdisciplinary team approach focuses on holistic management to prevent future amputations and restore maximum function with appropriate prosthetic devices. Specialized assessments include gait, pain, skin, vascular disease and neuropathy. 

Mild Brain Injury and Concussion

Our practice provides early intervention, interdisciplinary case-managed care, medical management, functional interventions, comprehensive therapy planning and interventional treatments for a range of conditions. These include mild brain injury, concussion, headache, cognitive changes, dizziness and imbalance. 

Muscle and Joint Disorders

We offer joint and soft tissue injections, image-guided procedures using ultrasound, bracing and orthotic management and ongoing medical care for a wide range of muscle and joint concerns. Diagnoses we treat include arthritis, tendonitis, sprains and strains, bursitis and ligament injuries. 

Nerve and Muscle Disorders

Our specialists offer EMG and nerve testing, orthotic and bracing support and targeted injections for patients with nerve and muscle disorders. We treat pinched nerves, generalized and inherited neuropathies and myopathies. 

Neurological  Rehabilitation

 We provide medical management and functional interventions, orthotic and bracing support, comprehensive therapy planning and spasticity management for patients recovering from neurological events. Diagnoses include moderate to severe traumatic brain injury, acquired brain injury, stroke, multiple sclerosis and spinal cord injury. 

Pain Conditions

Our multidisciplinary team provides interventional procedures, inpatient and outpatient chronic pain programs and care for complex cases. Conditions we treat include chronic spine pain, peripheral and central neuropathic pain, osteoporosis and complex regional pain syndrome. 

Spine Disorders

Our team provides interventional procedures, medical management and therapy care coordination for patients with spine-related conditions. We treat arthritis, disc bulges or herniations, pinched nerves, spinal stenosis, sprains and strains, sciatica, work-related injuries and more.

Workers’ Compensation Injuries and Evaluations

We offer evaluations and specialized services for patients experiencing work-related injuries, supporting recovery and return-to-work planning.
