LifeBridge Health Human Resources Department Announces Four New Vice Presidents

In response to the continued growth and evolution of LifeBridge Health, the organization's human resources department recently announced four new vice presidents, including one new hire and three internal promotions.

These four executives will play a lead role in meeting the diverse human resources needs of LifeBridge Health's 10,000+ employees. The four new human resources vice presidents are:

Holly Phipps Adams joins LifeBridge Health from another Baltimore-area health system, where she served as vice president of organizational effectiveness for the last four years. Over her 15+ year career, Holly has held numerous roles of increasing responsibility in health care human resources. At LifeBridge Health, she is responsible for leadership development and employee engagement across the system and is vice president of human resources for both Carroll Hospital and Levindale.





Meagan Enrique will oversee total rewards and human resources operations for Carroll Hospital and LifeBridge Health, and is also responsible for the HR Technology Centers for Excellence across the health system.  Meagan has nearly two decades of benefits and human resources experience, and has worked for the Carroll Hospital and LifeBridge Health since 2001. 




Tracie Oden will continue to have oversight for human resource operations for Northwest Hospital and the community physician enterprise in her new role as vice president. Tracie has worked for LifeBridge Health since 2016, and has extensive experience with health care human resources.





Phaedra Stewart will continue to lead human resources operations for Sinai Hospital, as well as employee and labor relations, workforce development and occupational health for the entire system. Phaedra had served as assistant vice president of human resources at LifeBridge Health since 2015, and has worked in the health care field for more than a decade.
