The LifeBridge Outpatient Pharmacy at Sinai Hospital now provides FREE mail order service for all LifeBridge Health employee prescriptions. All employees are welcome to participate in this offer - but please note you must submit your mail order forms through the Outpatient Pharmacy at Sinai Hospital for employee mail order prescriptions.
