The event will be held Saturday, March 21, 2026, at Live! After the program, there will be a performance and dessert reception.

The event is projected to raise more than $3.5 million to support LifeBridge Health’s hospitals, programs and services, ensuring continued access to exceptional care throughout the communities it serves.

LifeBridge Health will present the Lifetime of Philanthropy Award to the family of Henry A. Rosenberg Jr. in recognition of more than seven decades of transformational leadership, service and generosity spanning multiple generations.

THE HONOREES

The Rosenberg family’s legacy with LifeBridge Health dates back nearly 80 years and reflects an extraordinary, multigenerational commitment to advancing healthcare in the Baltimore region.

Henry A. Rosenberg Sr. served as president of the Sinai Hospital board of directors from 1947 to 1949 and presided over the pivotal process that led to the decision to move Sinai Hospital from Monument Street to its current campus on Belvedere Avenue.

His son, Henry A. Rosenberg Jr., continued the family’s leadership, serving on the Sinai Hospital board in the 1960s and 1970s. His sister, Ruth Marder, served on the Northwest Hospital board from the mid-1980s through the late 1990s. Representing a third generation of leadership, Henry Jr.’s son, Frank Rosenberg, served on the LifeBridge Health board from 2006 to 2019.

The family’s philanthropic impact is equally profound. Henry Jr.’s grandmother, Henrietta Blaustein, made a visionary $1 million gift in 1952 to build the new Sinai Hospital campus. In 2002, through the Henry & Ruth Blaustein Rosenberg Foundation, the family contributed to a $3 million gift to renovate and expand the Louis & Henrietta Blaustein Women’s & Children’s Center at Sinai, named in honor of his grandparents.

Over the decades, the foundation has provided numerous grants to Sinai Hospital, Northwest Hospital and The Family Tree, totaling well over $1 million. Both Henry Jr. and Frank, along with their spouses, also chaired The Family Tree’s signature fundraising event, Great Chefs, further demonstrating the family’s deep commitment to strengthening children and families throughout the community. Ann Rosenberg, Frank’s wife, currently serves on The Family Tree board and has done so for more than 12 years.

“With such a rich and enduring legacy of leadership and generosity, the Rosenberg family exemplifies what it means to Care Bravely,” says Neil Meltzer, LifeBridge Health immediate past president and CEO. “Their multigenerational dedication has shaped our organization’s history and will continue to impact patients and families for generations to come.”

THE CO-CHAIRS

The co-chairs of this year’s gala are Jay Steinmetz, Claire Carberry and Harel and Randi Turkel. Together, they bring professional expertise, community leadership and philanthropic passion to lead one of the largest fundraising events in the greater Baltimore area attracting up to 2,000 corporate and community leaders.

THE EVENT AND ENTERTAINMENT
