Comprehensive Rehabilitation and Support Services

Our program brings together a wide range of rehabilitation and support services, including:

  • Physical therapy
  • Occupational therapy
  • Speech therapy
  • Rehabilitation psychology

This coordinated approach ensures that every patient receives personalized care designed to maximize function, independence and quality of life.

Beyond Clinical Care: Supporting the Whole Person

The program is committed to supporting patients within their broader community. Through wellness initiatives, including education, support groups, exercise and wellness programming and patient engagement opportunities, we aim to support long-term health, independence and quality of life beyond the clinical setting.

Commitment to Excellence

A core part of our program is a strong commitment to continuous learning and growth. We prioritize ongoing education, interdisciplinary collaboration, and the adoption of emerging best practices to keep our team innovative, aligned and at the forefront of MS care.
