Mariam Keramati, D.O.
Residency Program Director
Mariam Keramati, D.O. holds a
Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Western
University, College of Osteopathic Medicine of the
Pacific. She completed her surgical internship at Easton
Hospital in Easton, PA in 2012. She completed her
residency training in Physical Medicine and
Rehabilitation at Sinai Hospital in 2015. She completed
a spinal cord injury fellowship at University of
Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh, PA in 2016.
She has held an attending position as an outpatient
neuro-physiatrist at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, MD
since 2016. She served as associate program director in
the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, MD in 2020. Dr. Keramati
is an active member of the Association of Academic
Physiatrists, Brain Injury Association of Maryland, and
Academy of Spinal Cord Injury Professionals. She
participates in the Association of Academic Physiatrists
Residency Training Directors Workshops on an annual
basis.
