LifeBridge Health Announces New Partnership with Pipeline Soccer Club and NovaCare Rehabilitation

Baltimore, MD- LifeBridge Health, Pipeline Soccer Club and NovaCare Rehabilitation have announced a partnership to provide Pipeline athletes with access to world-class sports medicine, rehabilitation and athletic training services.

As part of the new partnership, NovaCare Rehabilitation’s athletic trainers will be on the field during Pipeline games; and Pipeline athletes will have expedited access to specialized medical care from LifeBridge Health Sports Medicine, which provides patient-focused care from board-certified physicians who specialize in the medical needs of athletes and active individuals.

“We are thrilled to offer our players the highest-quality medical care as a result of this partnership,” says Pipeline President Sean Rush. “At Pipeline, we pride ourselves on offering our players a professional soccer experience, from coaching to facilities to player health and safety. This partnership represents the club’s investment in our players’ physical well-being and in their on-field performance.”

The partnership also grants Pipeline players access to the Parisi Speed School at LifeBridge Health & Fitness, which has developed training techniques to improve speed and agility in young athletes. Other benefits of the partnership include on-site educational opportunities for athletes and families, as well as virtual health sessions and community wellness events.

"We are excited about this partnership that will provide Pipeline athletes with a full continuum of athletic training, sports medicine and rehabilitation services," says Craig Bennett, M.D., medical director and co-founder of the LifeBridge Health Sports Medicine Institute. "The Sports Medicine Institute at LifeBridge Health takes a comprehensive, personalized approach so we treat each athlete as an individual, addressing each person's specific needs so we can get athletes back to competing as soon and as safely as possible."

Pipeline athletes will also have access to fast-track appointments at NovaCare Rehabilitation, which has 18 locations throughout the Baltimore metropolitan area.
Pipeline is widely regarded as one of the top youth soccer clubs in the United States with more than 2,000 athletes playing on their teams.
