Carroll Hospital offers Job Shadow Days for purposes of decision making and career selection, so students can see firsthand what it is like to work for the hospital for future career path choices.
Carroll Hospital offers the Job Shadow program to High school students through college years, and college students. Who are interested in beginning a career in Healthcare. The program allows you to observe an associate in the Healthcare setting for a set amount of time, weekdays between the hours of 8am-4pm.
