Days on a regular basis so students and prospective
employees see firsthand what it is like to work for the
hospital.
Carroll Hospital offers the Job Shadow program to Carroll County High school students and anyone over the age of 18 years of age, who is interested in beginning a career in Healthcare. The program allows you to observe an associate in the Healthcare setting for one day only, up to 8 hours. Shadowing of Physicians and Providers is not part of this program.
