It’s time to broaden your protein horizons for Heart Health Month. Research supports embracing plant-based proteins to support a healthy heart, and while tofu isn’t everyone's favorite texture, there are plenty of other whole food sources of plant protein. Tempeh is an excellent choice and the perfect pairing for a discussion on a heart-healthy diet with a registered dietitian.

For National Kidney Month, come cook a delicious meal while we discuss the special nutrition needs for kidney health and kidney disease with a registered dietitian.
April 6: Greek Chicken Sheet Pan Dinner
Enjoy an easy, one-pan dinner featuring spring vegetables and Mediterranean flavors. This recipe will be accompanied by a presentation on the Mediterranean Diet by a registered dietitian.
May 4: Mediterranean Sardines on Avocado Toast

This colorful salad packs a wide variety of nutrients and antioxidants into a single meal. This dish works great for barbecues, brunch or your weekly meal prep. This recipe will be accompanied by a presentation on the anti-inflammatory diet by a registered dietitian.
