At LifeBridge Health, we believe that health is so much more than the care you receive inside the walls of your doctor’s office or hospital. That’s why we offer preventive services, wellness and fitness activities, and special programs to educate and support the communities we serve.
From back pain screenings to childbirth classes, weight loss support groups and fitness activities, LifeBridge Health has you covered.
All activities and events feature specially trained community health advocates and physicians who help provide tools to empower you in your quest to lead a happier, healthier life.
