The Layout of Innovation
Our BioIncubator is spread among three floors and includes multiple lab and office spaces of various sizes, a cell culture room, common equipment room, conference room, PCR room and a break room. Our BioIncubator units can accommodate your needs with various features, including:
- Prebuilt lab space to facilitate rapid move-in; each lab equipped with backup power and wireless internet access.
- Wet lab spaces are approximately 20 feet by 16 feet (320 square feet), 10 feet by 16 feet (160 square feet) and 9 feet by 10 feet (90 square feet).
- Rooms available with biosafety level 2 containment hoods and CO2 incubators to accommodate mammalian, stem cell or microbial cultures.
- Common equipment rooms with Type 1 ultrapure water, autoclave, dishwasher, gel imager, -80 freezer and ice machine.
