Utilizing a multidisciplinary approach, we provide patients with personalized treatment plans, designed to meet your individual needs to treat and manage your wounds.

Customized treatment plan

At LifeBridge Health, we are trained to identify and treat a variety of wounds. Types of wounds our experts treat may stem from the following conditions:

  • Diabetes, Cancer, and Certain other Diseases

  • Poor Circulation

  • Radiation Tissue Damage

  • Skin Grafts

  • Surgery or Trauma

  • Ulcers and Bedsores

  • Animal and Insect Bites

  • Chronic Bone Infections

  • Crush Injuries

  • Fungus Infections

Our specially trained, multidisciplinary team of general and vascular surgeons, podiatric, plastic and internal medicine physicians, as well as nurses and educators provide a complete assessment to identify the type and cause of your wound. Then a customized treatment plan is developed that may include:

  • Debridement (removal of dead, damaged or infected tissue) and bandaging

  • Bioengineered skin application, to help heal difficult wounds in the leg and foot

  • Prescriptive growth factors to help healthy skin grow

  • Specialized dressings

  • Edema (swelling) management

  • Noninvasive vascular assessment to check blood flow to the affected area

  • Compression therapy

  • Hyperbaric oxygen therapy, which helps wounds heal more quickly
