Cabana is professionally moderated program designed to connect staff with anonymous support groups comprised of healthcare workers from peer organizations all across the US. Support for you via Cabana is available every day when you need it.


We are excited to offer a team of peer support within LifeBridge Health through our launch of the RISE Program to provide timely confidential peer support to any team member who encounters a stressful patient-related event.

Moment for Me

Dear Front-line Leaders, Thank you for all you are doing right now to Lead Bravely and take care of your teams, our patients, and the community. As the COVID-19 crisis continues, worry and stress are elevated. We know stress can take a toll on our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. We want to support you as a leader by providing you with a simple daily tool. We call it a “Moment for Me” activity. In this library of documents, you will find daily short exercises that we encourage you to conduct with your team during your daily huddle meetings. The messages are themed around Body, Heart, Head, and Spirit. We suggest rotating the themes and messages to provide a variety to better engage all members of your team.

This Financial Wellness Resources area is where you can find estate planning guides, the employee financial hardship grant application, and other financial planning resources, including TransAmerica retirement planning tools.


This Mental Health Resources section has SAMHSA warning signs and risk factors for emotional distress, COVID-19 mental health information, and team member psychology resources during COVID-19.
