The Family Health and Wellness Center on the third floor of Grace Medical Center could be the perfect spot for you! Our team includes medical doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses, care coordinators and more. These professionals will partner with you to manage your health now and into the future.
You should make an appointment for:

Common illnesses such as colds, flu, earaches, sore throats, migraines, fever or rashes

Preventive screenings, regular physicals, prescription refills and vaccinations

Managing conditions like high blood pressure and diabetes

Minor injuries such as sprains, back pain, minor cuts and burns, minor broken bones or minor eye injuries

Pediatric Care
Primary care pediatric services are also offered on the third floor. Our pediatricians provide care for children of all ages as well as children with chronic conditions and special healthcare needs.

In addition to our on-site pediatric services, Grace Medical Center partners with several community groups to provide mobile pediatric services. Our healthcare professionals have access to a specially fitted van that allows us to bring care directly to your children. Mobile services include annual exams, sports physicals, and free vaccinations.
