Perry J. Foreman, M.D., Ph.D., is an epileptologist in the Epilepsy Center at the LifeBridge Health Brain & Spine Institute. He earned his degree in medicine from the University of Texas Southwest-ern Medical School at Dallas, and his doctorate in neuroscience from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. He completed an internal medicine internship at the Baylor College of Medicine, which he followed with a neurology residency and a fellowship in developmental epilepsy and neurophysiology at Baylor College of Medicine.
Before joining the LifeBridge Health Brain & Spine Institute , Dr. Foreman was director of the Clinical Neurophysiology Laboratory at the Michael E. DeBakey Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Houston, Texas, and associate director of the Peter Kellaway Clinical Neurophysiology Program at Baylor College of Medicine.
Dr. Foreman is board certified in neurology, with subspecialty certification in clinical neurophysiology. His clinical interests include epilepsy in elderly patients and advances in the genetics of epilepsy.
