At LifeBridge Health, we truly understand that our team members are human, and that mistakes happen. To help us dive deep into how and why those mistakes happen, we are excited to launch a reporting tool called SafeCare that will allow us make meaningful changes to our processes and procedures, and help prevent future issues.
SafeCare is entity-wide, completely anonymous tool that standardizes reporting across all of our facilities. All team members are encouraged to report safety incidents as a way help reduce the harm to our patients and move LifeBridge Health closer and closer to being a zero harm organization.
