We Are
With five acute care centers and nearly 150 locations throughout the region, we have come a long way from our beginning as a 10-room hospital in downtown Baltimore in 1866. Since then, millions of patients and their families have trusted us with their health.
Wellness Division
LifeBridge Health is dedicated to advancing the health of the community through a variety of health and wellness programs and services. The Wellness Division of LifeBridge Health, through LifeBridge Investments Inc., owns and operates several subsidiaries that provide such services to the community.
LifeBridge Health Medical Group
At LifeBridge Health, we are committed to taking care of our community beyond our hospital walls. In addition to our five acute care centers, LifeBridge Health Medical Group offers patients excellent care and convenience with over 130 locations throughout Maryland.
LifeBridge Health Partners
We consider ourselves a proud team, and our organization collaborates with over 20 health-related services companies throughout the region to expand our integrated offerings.
Innovation
We’ve partnered with Healthworx, the innovation and investment arm of CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, to create an innovation hub, 1501 Health, which gives promising newcomers in digital healthcare technology the opportunity to grow and extend the reach of their products and services.
Research
We strive to serve our patients and the broader medical community by making important contributions to research on numerous fronts, innovating new drugs and devices to change patients’ lives for the better.
