Sinai Department of Medicine

Sinai Department Medicine

The Department of Medicine at Sinai Hospital offers a wide range of inpatient and outpatient medical services in various specialties, including cardiology, dermatology, endocrinology and rheumatology. We provide expert care with compassion while also grooming the next generation of medical leaders via our medical education and training programs. Our distinguished faculty consists of more than 300 attending physicians. The caliber of our faculty is evidenced by the appointments of many physicians to faculties at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and the University of Maryland School of Medicine.

Academic Program

As a world-renowned medical center, Sinai Hospital receives thousands of applications each year for its Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education-accredited residency training programs. More than 140 residents participate in competitive post-graduate training programs, and nearly 400 medical students receive clinical training at Sinai on an annual basis.
