| Description of Course: |
The student will participate in the evaluation of children with a variety of neurologic complaints including headaches, tics, developmental delay, neuromuscular disorders, neurodegenerative conditions and seizure. The student will be involved in both outpatient and inpatient care, as well as, have some exposure to electrodiagnostic testing.
The goal is to become familiar with the neurologic exam at various ages and to be comfortable with the more common diagnoses encountered. |
