Yoga

Yoga has a rich history. Coming from ancient India, it is a multi-limbed practice that can help facilitate an individual's inner journey. Our classes focus on the physical postures (asanas) and breath work (pranayama). Yoga practice helps improve strength, flexibility and balance, and it promotes relaxation, calm and focus. 

Livestream Yoga Classes
Classes are taught by a registered yoga teacher via livestream using the Zoom platform. Participants do not need a Zoom account to participate. 

Sessions run by calendar month, $40 for a 4-week session and $50 for a 5-week session.

Participants will be emailed a link and password to use to join the class. Participants may use a laptop, tablet or smartphone that has a camera, speaker, microphone and WiFi to join the class. Call 410-871-7000 for more information. 

Livestream Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Thursdays, 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.

Laurel's Vinyasa Flow yoga is different every time and is particularly geared toward the present needs of the students in the class. The class focuses on alignment and core engagement to create safe poses and transitions for students at varied levels. Vinyasa connects the breath to the movement to help enhance focus; poses are designed to improve strength, flexibility and balance.
