Healthy Bites with Bridgette



Looking for easy to prepare, healthy meals?

Our community nutrition educator Bridgette Hamby is here to help! Healthy Bites with Bridgette is a free online cooking class in a fun, relaxed environment.

Bridgette, a registered dietitian and trained chef, guides participants through the steps of making a nutritious and delicious meal, offering tips and tricks along the way.

This class is perfect for all ages and skill levels, from those cooking for one to new parents looking to modify their meals for babies 6 months and older. It’s also great for meal prepping!

Join Bridgette for class every other week at noon starting Wednesday, February 2.
