Stephanie Buckley, M.D.


Board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, Dr. Buckley earned her medical degree at Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C. She completed her residency at the Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center, affiliated with the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Chicago.

Dr. Buckley provides skilled and compassionate care for patients’ primary medical needs. Her services include physicals, immunizations, health education, disease control and prevention, and the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses or conditions.

Lucas Couch, D.O.


Board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, Dr. Couch received his osteopathic degree from Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine in Spartanburg, South Carolina. He completed his residency at the Mountain Area Health Education Center (MAHEC) Family Medicine Residency Program in Asheville, North Carolina.

Michael Eyer, D.O.


Dr. Eyer earned his medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, PA, and completed a rotating internship at Memorial Hospital, York, PA.

He is board certified in Family Medicine by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians.

Thomas K. Galvin III, M.D.


Dr. Galvin earned his medical degree at the University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore, and completed his residency at Harbor Hospital also in Baltimore. Affiliated with Carroll Hospital for 29 years, Dr. Galvin previously served as president of the hospital’s medical staff and currently serves as chairman of the Carroll ACO and as a board member of the LifeBridge Physician Network.


Dr. Galvin also is a member of the American Society of Internal Medicine and the American Medical Association. He is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Dr. Goldstein earned his medical degree from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago, Ill., and completed his residency at University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore. Sandip Hirpara, D.O.


Dr. Hirpara received his osteopathic degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, Pennsylvania, and completed his residency at Community Hospital of Lancaster in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. He has more than 12 years of health care experience and is board certified by the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Jessica Medani, M.D.


Specializing in internal medicine, Dr. Medani received her medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore, and completed her residency at the University of Maryland Medical Center, also in Baltimore. She is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Medani provides comprehensive care to adults and is accepting new patients.

Ernesto Mendoza, M.D.


Dr. Mendoza earned his medical degree from Southwestern University School of Medicine in the Philippines. During his studies, Dr. Mendoza was an Asklepian Scholar, an honor awarded to the top three students in the fields of medicine and surgery. He completed his residency at Prince George's Hospital in Cheverly, Maryland.

He is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Dr. Wilson received her medical degree from Kasturba Medical College in Manipal, India, and completed her residency at United Hospital Center, Clarksburg, West Virginia.

Kristin Adelmeyer earned her Master of Science degree in Nursing specializing in the field of family nurse practiioner from the George Washington University in Washington, D.C. Prior to that, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from The University of New Hampshire in Durham, New Hampshire.

Eleni Goshu, C.R.N.P.


Certified nurse practitioner Eleni Goshu earned her Master of Science degree in Nursing, specializing in the field of family nurse practitioner, from Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Prior to that she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Stevenson University in Stevenson, Maryland. Goshu has nearly 10 years of nursing experience.

Kristin Keeley, C.R.N.P.


Keeley joins Carroll Health Group with close to ten years of nursing experience. She earned her Master of Science degree in nursing from Simmons University in Boston, Massachusetts and her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from the University of Maryland in Baltimore. She also received her Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Washington College in Chestertown, Maryland.

Daniel Pika, P.A.-C.


Daniel Pika received his Bachelor of Science degree from McDaniel College, formerly known as Western Maryland College, and his Physician Assistant Certification from Essex Community College in Essex, Maryland. He has 16 years of experience in a family practice setting, including the treatment of pediatric, adult and senior patients.

Christina Rizoulis, C.R.N.P.


Cristina Rizoulis has more than a decade of health care and nursing experience in treating patients. She earned both her Master of Science degree and Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from University of Maryland in Baltimore. She also has an associate's degree in nursing from Frederick Community College, in Frederick, Maryland.

Judith Stambaugh, M.S.N., F.N.P.-B.C., C.R.N.P.


Judith Stambaugh received her Master of Science in nursing from Shenandoah University in Winchester Virginia, and her post master's certificate in nursing education from Shenandoah University. She has more than 30 years of health care and nursing experience, treating patients of all ages. 

She was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing in 2005, and she is a member of ANCC. She also has been an adjunct clinical instructor for medical/ surgical, oncology and pediatric classes at Shenandoah University.

Beth Ann Hicks Walsh earned her Physician Assistant Certification from Anne Arundel Community College in Arnold, Maryland. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a Fellow Member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, an Associate Member of GLMA and an Associate Member of the American Society of Clinical Pathologists.
