Grace Medical Center's outpatient
substance use disorder treatment program offers many
types of treatment and services to patients who struggle
with the disease of addiction. All services are
certified by the State of Maryland and are Joint
Commission accredited.
To be placed in our treatment program, you must be
an adult (18+) who has a diagnosis of
opioid use disorder and/or substance use disorder.
Program admission
priority is given to those who are IV drug users, HIV
positive or pregnant.
Primary medical care is also offered to all patients
enrolled in our treatment program. Our care team can
help you manage acute and chronic illnesses like
hypertension and diabetes, providing vaccinations and
preventative care including women’s health services.
You may also have access to education and counseling for
healthy living as well as receive referrals to
specialists. Behavioral Health Home services are
available to Medicaid patients enrolled in this
treatment program.
