Kristian Brady

Kristian Brady (Kristy) is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner native to Carroll County. In 2011 she graduated from Carroll Community College with her Associate’s degree of Science in nursing. She spent the next six years working as a nurse in the neurosurgery department at University of Maryland, and in 2019 she completed her Master of Science in nursing with a specialty in family practice. She enthusiastically serves her local community and is particularly interested in working with individuals managing depression and anxiety.

In her free time, Kristy enjoys shopping and following the fashion world. Family time is important with her husband who is a firefighter; and with two athletic children, she finds herself at sporting events often.

Myeisha Furr

Myeisha Furr is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner and specializes in family practice. She completed her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Howard University in 2013 and graduated with a Master of Nursing at George Washington University in 2017. While pursuing her master’s degree, she worked full time in the emergency department at Good Samaritan’s Hospital of Baltimore. Myeisha joined the staff at Carroll Medical Group in 2018, and her areas of interest include women’s care and pediatrics. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Nursing Practice at George Washington University and anticipates completion in 2021.

Already on staff at Carroll Medical Group for over a year, Myeisha has developed a patient base that appreciates her kindness and thoroughness during each visit. She is often commended for her welcoming nature and ability to put patients at ease right away.

One of the greatest sources of joy in her life is spending time with her husband and two daughters. She also enjoys creative writing, particularly poetry.

Myeisha Furr sees patients of all ages and is currently accepting new patients.

Cynthia Davis

Cynthia Davis (Cindy) joined Carroll Medical Group in 2013. As a Certified Nurse Practitioner, she sees patients of all ages and enjoys providing comprehensive care. She is highly committed to patient advocacy, and her patients also appreciate her practical approach to care. They find comfort in her desire to create attainable care plans that accommodate each person’s physical, emotional and economic situations.

Cindy earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Syracuse University in New York and later completed her Master of Nursing at Coppin State University. She is Board Certified in Family Practice. As a champion of further education, Cynthia regularly precepts students and encourages them to carefully analyze patient care from all perspectives.

Cindy has a broad appreciation for world cultures and has visited India, China, and Egypt. At home, she enjoys cultivating her floral garden, and coworkers enjoy the beautiful bouquets she frequently brings to the office.

Dr. Gregory Booth

Dr. Gregory Booth is board certified in internal medicine. After completing his Bachelor of Science degree in biology at Loyola in 1995, he pursued his medical degree at Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia and graduated in 2003. He then completed his residency in 2006 at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami. Dr. Booth has a PhD in physiology and has done research in the fields of diabetes and cardiology.

Dr. Booth practices primary care focusing on the various organ systems, especially cardiac and gastrointestinal for both chronic care and acute visits. In his approach to practicing medicine, he carefully follows guidelines set forth by the American College of Physicians. Dr. Booth came to Carroll Medical Group in 2014 and sees individuals ages 18 and older. Patients often appreciate his ability to communicate complex medical information in an easily understood, straightforward manner.

Outside of work, Dr. Booth enjoys sports and many genres of music.

Dr. Booth is currently accepting new patients ages 18 and older.

Dr. Sarah Frattali

Dr. Sarah Frattali completed her undergraduate degree in biology at St. Mary’s College of Maryland in 1997. From there, she attended the University of Maryland School of Medicine, graduating in 2001 and completed her residency in MedPeds at University of Maryland in 2005. She focused on care of adult Down’s Syndrome while in her residency and is an Associate Professor of Medicine at the School of Medicine. She occasionally has the opportunity to precept resident students as they complete clinical rotations.

Dr. Frattali is board certified in both pediatrics and internal medicine and joined Carroll Medical Group in 2005. She has become well known for her laughter and ability to listen. She sees patients of all ages and enjoys each age group immensely.

While she was born in the Baltimore area, Dr. Frattali spent much of her childhood living in Germany and Saudi Arabia. This experience encouraged her love of travel, and she has visited many countries across the Middle East and Europe. Most recently, her adventures took her to Costa Rica. In addition to travel, she also enjoys reading and family time.

Barbara Ball

Barbara Ball is a PA-C (Physician Assistant-Certified) who sees patients of all ages. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in 1979 from the University of Maryland, College Park, and in 1993 obtained her Certificate of Physician Assistant Studies at CCBC-Essex (now Towson University). She maintains her certification through the NCCPA (National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants). Between 1993 and early 1996, Barbara worked in the emergency departments at Carroll Hospital Center and Franklin Square Hospital Center. In February of 1996 she joined Carroll Medical Group part time while also working in the emergency department at Sinai Hospital. Later that year in August, she transitioned to full time at Carroll Medical Group.

Barbara employs a wholistic approach as she treats her patients of all ages, and she particularly enjoys caring for families. Because she has been at Carroll Medical Group for over two decades, she has had the pleasure of working with multiple generations within single families. Her dedication and familiarity have rightfully earned her a reputation for keen insight and valuable experience among patients and peers alike.

Dr. Rebecca Goedeke

Dr. Rebecca Goedeke joined Carroll Medical Group in 1990 shortly after its doors opened to the public. Her alma mater is University of Maryland where she completed her Bachelor of Arts in biochemistry in 1983, graduated from medical school in 1988, and completed her residency in 1991. As a chief resident she focused on methods to strategically improve charting and documentation.

Dr. Goedeke is board certified in family medicine and sees patients of all ages. She strives to empower her patients to take control of their healthcare through education and involvement. She heartily believes that communication and knowledge is vital to assist patients in achieving their health goals. Because she has worked at Carroll Medical Group for many years, she has had the opportunity to get to know her patients very well and to celebrate their family milestones and life events. She further embraces a tradition of education by occasionally precepting students to enhance their clinical experience.

When at home, Dr. Goedeke finds pleasure in reading and caring for her family.

Dr. Domingo Rocha

Dr. Domingo Rocha’s alma mater is University of Maryland, where he began by earning his Master of Science degree in physics and astronomy. By 1986 he had earned his medical degree and then went on to complete his residency in May 1989, both at University of Maryland. He is board certified in family medicine, and on November 1, 1989 he opened the doors of Carroll Medical Group in Hampstead. Over the last three decades he has overseen the office to help it flourish and become the robust practice it is today. Though Carroll Medical Group joined the LifeBridge Health Community Physician Enterprise in 2012, Dr. Rocha remains as the practice’s managing physician. Dr. Rocha is also a member of the Physician Advisory Group at LifeBridge Health.

Known for his enthusiasm, warmth, and humor, Dr. Rocha’s care and mentorship is appreciated by patients and peers alike. He recognizes the value of training the next medical generation and encourages a teaching environment in the office. He frequently precepts students as they complete their clinical rotations on their way to becoming nurse practitioners, physician assistants, or MDs. To further accomplish this goal, he has also established connections with local schools to provide externship opportunities at Carroll Medical Group to medical assistants and nursing assistants as well.

Dr. Rocha has a personal interest in cortisone shots, minor suture repairs, and is bilingual in English and Spanish. One of his personal approaches to medicine is to intertwine laughter with patient care to meet not only individuals’ physical needs but to lift patients’ spirits also. After practicing medicine for three decades, he has had the opportunity to care for multiple generations of families and finds this experience gratifying.

His enthusiasm spills into all areas of his life; his hobbies include astronomy, aviation, hiking, sports, and writing books.
