Andrew Barnstein, M.D.
Dr. Andrew Barnstein
received his undergraduate degree in Biology from Johns Hopkins University, and obtained his medical degree from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at University of Texas Southwestern/Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, Texas. He went to his cardiology fellowship at University of Pennsylvania and completed an extra year of echocardiography fellowship training at University of Virginia in Charlottesville.
Dr. Barnstein’s area of expertise include: clinical cardiology, echocardiography, management of valvular heart disease, and cardiac rehabilitation. His hospital coverage includes Sinai Hospital of Baltimore and Northwest Hospital Center.
He is currently a cardiologist with Woodholme Cardiovascular Associates, PA in Pikesville, Maryland.
