Function Plus! - An Interdisciplinary Inpatient Chronic Pain Rehabilitation Program
The Function Plus! Program at the Sinai Rehabilitation Center is for people who suffer from constant, chronic pain interfering with quality of life. This program is particularly beneficial to patients who have previously tried other outside rehabilitation methods with unsuccessful results.

Lifestyle changes: promoting positive and safe opportunities to explore new physical, emotional and leisure activities
Unique team approach: working together with the patient and identifying appropriate goals to improve his/her quality of life
Self-Management: empowering the patient with strategies for coping skills and behavior changes required to manage chronic pain
