This is my 21st year working in Sinai. I am proud to be a Sinai nurse because I like my co--workers and the leadership is excellent. Sinai gave me an opportunity to grow. I started as an AA nurse and now I am a BSN.
I am proud to be a Sinai nurse. I have the freedom to make a flexible schedule that works well for me and my family. One of the good things that keeps me here at Sinai is the extraordinary teamwork in the PICU. The staff is very friendly and supportive of each other and their patients. A memorable moment as a Sinai Nurse was watching our unit’s garden grow and thrive.
Being a nurse at Sinai allows me to do what I love everyday at work and make a difference in people lives.
I have worked at Sinai hospital for 25 years, and have felt no reason to leave. I feel administration has been responsive to the needs of nurses. I love the people I work with. They work well as a team and are friends, not just co-workers. I feel truly rewarded from the appreciation of patients and families.
I have the freedom to voice my opinion and have it taken into consideration when reaching a decision regarding patient care. One of the good things that keeps me here at Sinai is my coworkers and new management in the PICU.
I recently started working on B6 as a new grad. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I have been impressed by the compassionate care that ALL of the nurses provide here.
