The Department of Neurology offers both general and subspecialty consultations in the field of Neurology. All full-time neurologists at Sinai have received subspecialty training. Areas of particular interest are headache, stroke, epilepsy, nerve and muscle disorders, ALS, Parkinson disease, Alzheimer disease, multiple sclerosis. Comprehensive neurophysiology services are also provided, including EEGs, evoked potentials, EMG nerve conduction velocity studies, transcranial Doppler studies, and intraoperative monitoring of EEGs and evoked potentials.
