A: Hours of operation are 2:00 p.m. through 8:00 p.m.
Q: Whom do I contact if I want my prescription filled before I leave the Emergency Department? [+/-]
A: Let the ED staff know you are interested in the prescription service.
Q: How long will it take to fill my prescriptions? [+/-]
A: It will take 30 minutes or less.
Q: What information do I need to provide to the ED pharmacy staff? [+/-]
A: The following information is required:
- Prescription insurance card – give at registration desk
- Hard copy of prescription
- Patient name
- Patient date of birth
- Patient phone number
- Patient address
- Drug allergies
Q: Can I fill additional prescriptions for my family members while waiting? [+/-]
A: Yes. The ED pharmacy staff will facilitate the process.
Q: How will I be counseled about my medication if I have any questions? [+/-]
A: The pharmacist will provide counseling by phone at the ED window.
Q: How will I pay for my prescriptions? [+/-]
A: You may pay with cash or credit card.
