Automated Service line anytime 24 hours a day, seven days a week, by
calling extension 25988. If you experience any problems with television
service between noon and 5:00 p.m., you or a staff member may contact
the Telehealth attendant at extension 29145. During all other hours,
call 2 HELP(24357) to report a problem.
With the introduction of the Northwest Patient Information Network, patients
can now view health-related education videos from the comfort of their
own room. Viewing a video is as simple as picking up the telephone and
placing an order for the video prescribed by your doctor. Ask your nurse
or case manager about medical videos that relate to your medical
condition or treatment.
