- Epidural - a steroid/anesthetic injection around the spinal nerves
- Facet block - a steroid/anesthetic injection into the spine facet joint
- Radiofrequency neurotomy - nerve block using radio waves
- Sacroiliac joint - a steroid/anesthetic injection into this major pelvic joint
- Hip joint - a steroid/anesthetic injection for hip pain
- Discogram - a provocative and functional diagnostic disc injection used to evaluate disc pain
- Sympathetic block - administered in the neck or back to relieve nerve pain or reflex sympathetic dystrophy (RSD)
- Spinal Cord Stimulator Trials - temporary lead placed for overriding pain stimulus to determine if patient is candidate for permanent implant
- Epidural lysis of adhesions - an injection procedure to break up scar tissue in the spine.
