Cheryl Boyer has been named vice president of Human Resources for
LifeBridge Health. As vice president, Boyer is responsible for leading all human resources activities for the entire employee population at
LifeBridge Health which includes
Sinai Hospital of Baltimore,
Northwest Hospital,
Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center and Hospital,
Courtland Gardens Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, and related subsidiaries and affiliates.
“My goal is to maintain
LifeBridge Health’s status as 'Great Place to Work' for all employees throughout the organization,” says Boyer. “We will also continue to focus on new initiatives, and those already set in place, which support the hiring and retaining of talented people within all LifeBridge Health facilities.”
Previously, Boyer was the director of Human Resources for
Sinai Hospital and
LifeBridge Health director of Employee and Labor Relations, positions she held for eight years. Before coming to
LifeBridge Health, Boyer held a variety of senior human resources positions in Financial Services and Consulting.
Boyer is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources, a graduate from University of Maryland Baltimore County, and is completing an MS in Management.
