Charles Leve, M.D., Na,ed Chief of Anesthesiology For Northwest Hospital Center


href=http://www.lifebridgehealth.org/northwesthospital>Northwest Hospital Center in Randallstown has named Charles M. Leve, M.D. as chief of the Department of Anesthesiology. Before coming to Northwest, Leve served as the assistant chief of the Department of Anesthesiology at Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore.

"Dr. Leve has 17 years of experience as an anesthesiologist, the last two of which he served as assistant chief of an anesthesiology program,” said Erik Wexler, president and COO, Northwest Hospital Center. "He has clearly proven that he is ready to take the lead and run our Department of Anesthesiology and we look forward to working with him.”

Leve received his undergraduate degree from The Johns Hopkins University and went on to earn his medical degree from The Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. During his undergraduate studies, he was a recipient of The Charles DeVleig National Merit Scholarship Award.

Board certified by The American Board of Anesthesiology, Leve also teaches as a clinical instructor at The Johns Hopkins University in anesthesiology and critical care medicine.
