LifeBridge Health Names Peter Arn Vice President of Capital Improvements

Peter Arn has been named the vice president of Capital Improvements for LifeBridge Health.
In his new position, Arn will direct the planning and management of all capital improvement projects across the LifeBridge Health system. The areas include project planning, capital programming, space utilization, real estate and property management, design and construction, safety, environmental compliance, fire and life safety/compliance, and transportation.
"LifeBridge Health has an exciting capital improvements program that continues to ensure the best medical care possible,” said Arn. "The challenge is to ensure that we don't lose any momentum in our programs and projects while we ensure that we are planning and building our future in the most efficient manner.”
"Peter's vast experience in the facilities and military service areas are impressive, and I am sure he will be a wonderful leader of the Capital Improvements division,” said Erik Wexler, president and COO, Northwest Hospital Center and senior vice president of LifeBridge Health.
Arn's background and experience include public service and facilities positions at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, University of Virginia and the United States Navy. Combined, Arn has over 25 years of experience in the facilities and public works management profession.
Arn earned his master's of science degree in Civil Engineering and Construction Management from Georgia Institute of Technology, and a bachelor of science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Santa Clara.
LifeBridge Health is a regional health organization, which includes Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, Northwest Hospital Center, Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center and Hospital, Jewish Convalescent & Nursing Home, and related subsidiaries and affiliates.
