Scott Conover is Named Vice President of Administration at Northwest Hospital Center

Northwest Hospital Center in Randallstown has named Scott Conover to the position of vice president of Administration. In this newly created position, Conover will oversee the implementation of new programs, service development and overall hospital performance improvement. Before this promotion, Conover served six years as associate general counsel for LifeBridge Health, a regional health care organization of which Northwest is a member. LifeBridge Health also includes Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center and Hospital, Jewish Convalescent & Nursing Home, and related subsidiaries and affiliates.
"Scott has been playing a key role at LifeBridge Health for many years,” said Erik Wexler, president and COO, Northwest Hospital Center. "Bringing him on board as a member of our executive team at Northwest will be wonderful given his skill set and knowledge of our ever-growing health care system.
In his new role, Conover will develop strategic initiatives and will implement new programs and services. He will continue overseeing corporate compliance and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliance for LifeBridge Health.
Before coming to LifeBridge Health, Conover worked as vice president and general counsel for the Washington D.C. based Complete Wellness Center, Inc. This company operated more than 100 integrated medical clinics nationwide. He also worked as a staff attorney for Green Spring Health Services, Inc. in Columbia.
Conover graduated from Princeton University and went on to earn his law degree from the College of William & Mary, Marshall-Wythe School of Law.
