Kuldeep Singh, M.D., is the division head of bariatric surgery at Northwest Hospital. He earned a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery at All India Institute of Medical Sciences in New Delhi where he also completed both a residency and research fellowship in orthopedic surgery. He completed a residency in general surgery at St Agnes Hospital in Baltimore, and a fellowship in advanced laparoscopic surgery at St. Joseph's Medical Center in Towson, Maryland. He received an M.B.A. from Loyola College in Baltimore and has been practicing bariatric surgery in Baltimore for the past nine years.
Dr. Singh is a general surgeon certified by the American Board of Surgery, and a member of the American College of Surgeons, the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery, and the Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons (SAGES). He is also an active member of the Bariatric Committee at SAGES.
