Garrett W. Hoover has more than 30 years of experience in healthcare. A Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, Garrett earned a master’s degree in healthcare administration from Seton Hall University, in South Orange, New Jersey, a master’s in human resources from Saint Francis University, in Loretto, Pennsylvania, and attained his undergraduate degree from Penn State University in State College, Pennsylvania.

Most recently, Garrett was president and chief operating officer of Corning Hospital in Corning, New York, one of five hospitals part of The Guthrie Clinic. 

Garrett and his wife, Anna Luisa, and son, Christopher, live in Westminster
