Dawn J. Leonard, M.D., is a fellowship-trained breast surgeon and the medical director of the Herman & Walter Samuelson Breast Care Center at Northwest Hospital. She counsels breast cancer patients, educating them about their treatment and breast reconstruction options. She leads the center’s multidisciplinary clinics and conferences, helping breast cancer patients benefit from the collective knowledge of a team of experts from multiple medical disciplines. In addition to managing breast cancer issues, Dr. Leonard runs a specialized service for patients with a high risk of developing breast cancer. Dr. Leonard is board certified by the American Board of Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
