Kevin Crutchfield, M.D., is a stroke neurologist with expertise in cranial blood flow and transcranial-Doppler sonology. He serves as an independent neurologist for the NFL's Baltimore Ravens, MLB's Baltimore Orioles, and MLS's D.C. United. Board certified in psychiatry and neurology, Dr. Crutchfield earned his doctorate in medicine from Georgetown University, interned at Fitzsimmons Army Medical Center in Aurora, Colorado, and completed a residency in neurology at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. He was a senior staff fellow in metabolic neurology at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland, and trained in transcranial-Doppler sonology at Johns Hopkins Hospital. He holds a faculty appointment at the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences and remains an active researcher and consultant to the US military regarding the long-term effects of traumatic brain injuries.

Mark Huslage, L.C.S.W.-C., C.B.I.S.T., is the coordinator of Brain Injury Programs for LifeBridge Health and case manager of the Mild Brain Injury Program at the Sinai Rehabilitation Center. He earned his masters degree in social work from the University of Chicago and, since 1989, has worked at all levels of care in brain injury treatment. In his current role, he is responsible for the development and growth of brain injury programs at LifeBridge Health. He serves on the board of the Brain Injury Association of Maryland as vice president and on Baltimore City’s Mayor’s Commission on Disabilities, chairing the Employment Committee.

Linda Hutchinson-Troyer, M.G.A., C.T.R.S., C.B.S.I.,is the case manager for the Mild Brain Injury Program of the Berman Brain & Spine Institute and the Sinai Rehabilitation Center. Her duties include the case coordination of medical and rehabilitation services for the patients in the program and coordinating the team meetings for the medical professionals involved. She holds a master’s degree from University of Maryland University College and is a Certified Brain Injury Specialist.
