Levindale’s medical rehabilitation program is for patients 18 years of age and older, who suffer from orthopedic, neurological and cardiac conditions and require a specialized program typically lasting between 25-30 days in length.

Patients at Levindale’s medical rehab program are part of the LifeBridge Health system, which means they also have access to specialists that include:

  • Registered dietitians
  • Rehabilitation physicians

Each patient care plan is developed with input from these multidisciplinary experts, who meet regularly to discuss patient progress and design interventions to any identified barriers. These plans are tailored to each patient’s needs and goals to regain mobility and independence.
