Providing the best customer service is the goal of every employee at Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center and Hospital. We ask for input through Press Ganey customer satisfaction surveys and work to resolve any challenges that come up.
Trained clinical social workers ensure a smooth transition to Levindale for our new residents and patients. They help to strengthen family relationships, work on interpersonal and emotional issues, assist with the processes of aging and illnesses, and also advise on discharge plans.
Levindale supports the family members of our residents. There is a residents' council and a family council, where input is welcomed and appreciated. We also host our Families of Confused Elders and bereavement groups. Call 410-601-2505 for more information.
