The Magic Of Life Gala 2020

Magic of life Gala

These are extraordinary times. We have been closely following the rapidly changing developments in the coronavirus outbreak, including the state of emergency declared in Maryland by the Governor and the most recent changes.

For the health and safety of our patients and the communities we serve, along with the loving volunteers and supporters who keep us going, we had to cancel the 2020 Magic of Life Gala scheduled for Saturday, April 4, 2020.

Planning for the Gala has been a labor of love for the past two years by Lynn Abeshouse, LifeBridge Health Development Chair and our 2020 Gala Co-Chairs, Marty Hill and Marc Cohen. Marty and Marc have led a dedicated team of board members and volunteers who have spent countless hours on every detail of this event.  We wish to thank each and every one of our steering committee members for their time, enthusiasm and commitment.

The success of this Magic of Life Gala is based on our relationships with vendors and community leaders who are truly our partners.  We are grateful for your role in our success.  Special thanks to our generous sponsors.

Supporters will continue to receive recognition in support of our life-saving work in the Baltimore Sun as planned.  The Magic of Life Gala has always served as a unique opportunity to personally thank each one of you who generously GIVE BRAVELY, at LifeBridge Health, so we can CARE BRAVELY.

From a distance, it may be difficult to appreciate just what a difference you make for our organization. We will be sending you a video of some incredible stories of hope and recovery in the weeks ahead. Our BRAVE patients and their families inspire us to face difficult situations and do our best, particularly in times like these.

Even if we can't all BE together, we can COME together. With your support, the LifeBridge Health family will continue to be vigilant and make modifications as necessary to ensure that you and your family have the best healthcare possible when you need us.

Our medical staff is receiving regular information and training on protocols for recognizing, isolating and evaluating patients who may have signs of this virus. We have created a website for you to find the latest information, guidelines and policies. This is a rapidly evolving situation. We are here for you and ready to respond in the best way possible. Connect here for the latest information.

Be proud and confident that together we are standing in the face of extraordinary times. Caring for our communities together is in our DNA and has been for generations. Together we will rise to the occasion.
