The Division of Pediatric Neurology evaluates and provides care for children with seizure disorders and a variety of neurologic and neuromuscular disorders, including complications from other illnesses.
Clinics are held five days each week, and emergency consultation is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Patients are referred to the division by a primary care provider or pediatrician. Most disorders can be treated with a combination of medication and therapy. Through the Herman & Walter Samuelson Children’s Hospital at Sinai, patients have access to occupational, speech, language and physical therapists.
