Yoga

The ancient practice of yoga offers many gifts and the invitation to be fully present in the moment and move with awareness. During our yoga sessions, participants have the opportunity to experience this ancient exercise practice, which combines controlled breathing and a series of postures to help build strength, increase flexibility and promote balance. 

Gentle Vinyasa Flow, Community & Prenatal Classes
These classes will encourage you to listen to your own inner wisdom and bring flexibility, relaxation, mental clarity and peace to your life experience. Yoga mats are provided; however, we encourage you to bring your own large towel or blanket. 

Note: Physician consent is needed for prenatal yoga class participation.
